CRM WebApp
The task of the new customer project was to develop a web-based tool that supports the customer in digitizing business processes. The software solutions previously used, should be completely replaced by the new CRM tool.
The customer management tool manages around 2,000 contacts and interested parties and over 50 horses at the time of launching the product.
A customized CRM tool – as individual as the requirements!
An individual, web-based CRM tool was developed for the customer that makes it possible to centrally manage contacts, prospect profiles and horses and to link them with each other. The aim of the project was to make the trading process more efficient, to query the overview of the horse inventory online and to enable clear documentation of the buyer and interest history.
Central management of the horse inventory: The customer can maintain all available horses in the CRM database, which contains information such as name, seller, age, studbook, gender, lineage, results and much more. m includes. This makes organization easier and allows you to quickly search for specific horses.
Central management of contacts: Contacts can be recorded and managed in the web-based database with master data. In addition, the customer can assign horses and interests to her contacts and thus enriches the interest profile in order to be able to make potential purchase offers.
WebApp: The application is implemented as a web app using the mobile-first approach, so the customer can access the data at any time and from any device with internet access.
Security and data protection: Since sensitive information about both the horses and the contacts is recorded, great importance was placed on data security. The server location is in Germany and the connection is secured using SSL encryption. There are also additional security layers when registering and using the CRM tool.
